If you are interested in enrolling your child at UADC, please call us at 233-5371 and arrange a time to come and tour our center. Feel free to bring your child with you so that he/she can see the center and all the fun things there are to see and do here! Please allow at least 30 minutes for a thorough tour and some discussion of center policies and events.

We welcome your interest in our center and look forward to seeing it build to excitement and enthusiasm! We encourage our parents to stop by and check things out. We welcome your involvement!

How to Enroll

Your child must be at least 2 years, 9 months old and toilet trained to enroll. To enroll your child, please call UADC at 233-5371 to check for available openings.

If there are no openings currently available, your name will be added to the waiting list in the order your application and registration fee was received.

Next, schedule a tour! We highly recommend you visit our center (or any center you are considering) prior to enrolling. Then, send a completed Enrollment Application and registration fee, to:

NOTE: Enrollment applications can be picked up at your tour or you can request one be mailed to you by filling out this online form. The registration fee is non-refundable, and is not applied to tuition.

After submitting the application and registration fee, parents receive a confirmation of their registration and the Policy Handbook for Parents. It is expected that parents will become familiar with and agree to all policies.

At least 6 weeks prior to the date of admission, or on receipt of the application and registration fee (whichever comes first), parents will be sent final enrollment materials. If there are no available slots, you will be notified for verification as to whether you would like to be on the waiting list. Note, the waiting list is maintained in the order of receipt of applications with registration fees. You will automatically be put on the waiting list until we are able to confirm that you do not wish to remain on this list.

Two weeks prior to enrollment, the first week's tuition is due to confirm intent. Parents will need to plan for pre-enrollment visits with their child close to the date of admission. This will allow your child a smoother transition as they near their starting day at UADC.Tuition is paid the week prior to attendance in order to receive the discounted rates.

Fees/Registration

A non-refundable registration fee is due at the time the application for enrollment is submitted. The registration fee is not applied to tuition.

A waiting list is maintained in order of receipt of applications. Two weeks prior to enrollment, the first week's tuition is due to confirm intent, except with the approval of the Director. Parents may reserve a re-enrollment slot after a temporary withdrawal of four or more weeks by submitting another registration fee prior to withdrawal. Please call the UADC director at 233-5371 to check for available openings.

The School-Age Summer Registration fee allows you to select the weeks you'll be attending without having to re-enroll each time or pay tuition while on vacation (4 week minimum enrollment). Advance notice of selected weeks allows us to plan for proper staffing and transportation to events.

Tuition

The Board of Directors plans tuition/fee increases. Prior notification of the fee increases will be given approximately one month in advance.Tuition and fees are paid for a minimum period of one week. Parents are encouraged to pay for longer periods (biweekly or monthly). Payments are due on or before the first attendance day of the period for which tuition is paid. Tuition that is paid weekly is due the first day of attendance of each week. Tuition that is paid by the month is due on the first of each month.

Tuition includes meals, transportation for field trips, and lessons offered at UADC during the school year UADC accepts tuition rates for subsidized parents set by public agencies at the highest allowed rate. Parents are responsible for co-payments.

UADC has a scholarship available of up to $10 per week if the tuition poses a hardship. Please don't hesitate to contact the office for qualifications and an application.

Parents are encouraged to join their child at lunch. Advance notice is required.
